Truly Indian Madras Curry Paste mild is an authentic Indian curry paste. It’s good for preparing traditional Indian curry dishes for example Korma. Try with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Can be used in stews, soups, marinades and bredding. To get the best flavour from the paste, first fry the paste in a hot pan for a few minutes.
To be heated before use.
