Spice Up! Szechuan sauce is a Chinese-style ready-to-use very hot sauce. Szechuan is typically used in wok dishes. Add 200 g of chicken, pork, beef, shellfish, fish or tofu and 300 g of vegetables. Serve with noodles or rice. Spice Up sauces are packed in handy 100 g pouches. Sauce is for two.
