With Spice Up! Massaman Curry Paste you can make an authentic and delicious Southern Thailand Massaman curry. Massaman curry is traditionally served with beef but it’s also good with duck, pork, chicken or tofu. Important ingredients for Massaman are also potatoes and tamarindi paste. Massaman curry is a combination of Indian and Thai curries. Indian spices like cumin and coriander mixed with Thai curry’s aromatic spices like lemon grass and garlic make Massaman curry so delicious! Paste is medium hot.
