Spice Up! Szechuan Sauce is an authentic and very hot Chinese sauce. Szechuan is typically used in wok dishes. Add 1000 g of chicken, pork, beef, shellfish, fish or tofu and 1500 g of vegetables. Serve with noodles or rice. Spice Up sauces are packed in handy 500 g pouches. Sauce is for ten persons.
