Hoisin sauce is very popular in Chinese cuisine and in Southeast Asian countries, where it is traditionally served as Beijing duck sauce. Spice Up! Hoisin Sauce can be served as a sauce for meat and poultry. It also tastes good as a barbeque sauce and marinade. Try as a wok sauce and with fish, seafood and vegetables. Sauce is mild.
