Shinshuichi Dashi Miso is a Japanese miso paste that combines the rich flavor of fermented soybeans with the umami-rich dashi broth of bonito fish and kombu seaweed. This soft and easily soluble paste is specially designed as a base for miso soups and other Japanese dishes. A deep and balanced flavor, where the aroma of soybeans is emphasized by a subtle sweetness.
