Made from the finest ingredients, respecting Japanese traditions. Miso paste adds depth, rich umami and authentic Japanese flavour to food. Mix just one heaping teaspoon of the paste with 250–300 ml of hot water – miso soup is created in an instant. The same paste also works perfectly as a base for tasty broths, sauces and soups. Unpasteurised miso, made from a blend of Japanese miso pastes and kombudashi. The vegan broth enhances umami and brings out the deep, multi-dimensional flavours of miso.
